Kaitlin has been with Frandsen Bank & Trust for three years. She started as a CSR and has worked up to CSR Supervisor. She collaborates with customers to help them reach their financial goals and ensures they understand their accounts and how to manage them. Meeting new customers and deepening relationships with current customers are her top priorities in continuing to provide exceptional customer service.
